the staff were friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire hotel the maintenance was superb. the rooftop bar provided great cocktails and delicious snacks with fine panoramic views

the gym equipment seemed a little outdated it's a minor detail though.

the staff was friendly. i appreciated the help i received ordering taxis, especially after my accident and use of crutches. the hotel was clean and run efficiently. the breakfast service was good. i appreciate the efforts to.

i thought the music around the pool was loud. the choice of music was inappropriate. it was difficult to relax during the day.

The staff were attentive and very perfect, it makes for an enjoyable experience. We received an upgrade, it was an unexpected bonus! I will return for certain.

I found one slight thing I didn't like. It's that the city tax was charged per day, per person, so it was not explained at check-in.

the room i had felt quite cramped, even for a solo traveler. i booked a double or twin room, and there was barely enough space to move around the bed. the tv also had limited channel options, a bit disappointing. the breakfast buffet seemed overpriced for what it offered too. i think there are better options nearby.

I was charmed by the breakfast. The food was AMAZING!!! There was a GREAT selection and everything tasted fresh. The location is perfect. It is close to many restaurants and shops.

The water was only provided in the room on the first night, which seemed strange.
